Privacy Policy
What this policy covers
This policy explains what information is collected when you contact Disha through this website or on WhatsApp, how it is used, and how you can ask for it to be removed. It is a description of practice, not legal advice.
Information collected
Only the information you choose to send: your name, WhatsApp number, an optional email address, your current stage, and the message describing your situation. No account is required to use this site.
How it is used
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to conduct and follow up on your consultation. They are not used for unrelated marketing and are not sold or rented to anyone.
Sharing
Enquiry details are not shared with third parties for their own purposes. Where a message is sent over WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain continuity if you return with a follow-up question. You may ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are handled directly by Disha.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated before they are enabled.
