Disha is a career consultant focused on helping people make more informed, practical decisions about their education and work — one conversation at a time.
The approach
Guidance only works when it is specific. Every consultation starts by understanding the person — what they are good at, what they avoid, what they are being pushed towards and what is genuinely possible from where they stand.
From there the work is subtractive. Long lists of courses and career paths get narrowed to a small number worth serious consideration, with reasons attached, so the decision can be explained rather than defended.
Nothing is dressed up. If an option is unlikely to work, that is said directly, and the conversation moves to what would work instead. The decision always remains yours.
